SAFADECO congratulates our Area Manager, Mr. Noel Solano and Finance and Treasury Head, Ms. Gigi Jusayan for being a certified Cooperative Manager (CCM).

The two above mentioned employees of SAFADECO are now officially graduates of CCM and attended their Virtual Commencement Ceremony last April 1, 2022. They participated in the Cooperative Leadership and Management Program, Batch 11 which aims to meet the growing demand for a management development program among primary cooperatives. Co-op Lamp is a compressed management program and focuses on Cooperative experiences, culture building and best practices.

This was created with Co-op Managers in mind, to develop soft skills like critical thinking, management, and decision making skills of today’s coop managers. It was a long and challenging journey for the both of them, but it was also an obvious triumphant and victorious endeavor shown on their smiling faces as they received their Certificate of Completion. Both of the participants expressed their utmost gratitude to SAFADECO and NATCCO for this great opportunity to be part of this Management Program.
