SAFADECO proudly celebrates the successful Meat Processing Training held on September 26, 2026, at the Castilla Gymnasium, bringing together 30 enthusiastic participants who came ready to learn, create, and discover new opportunities through food processing.
Through our meaningful partnership with Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), the training became more than just a learning activityโit became an opportunity to gain practical skills, build confidence, and explore potential livelihood opportunities for our members and participants.
The participants actively took part in four simultaneous hands-on activities, allowing everyone to experience the process of preparing:
Tocino
Skinless Longganisa
Quick-Cured Ham
Burger Patty
From preparation to actual hands-on processing, the day was filled with teamwork, excitement, learning, and, of course, the joy of creating something together! ![]()
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to CBSUA for sharing their knowledge, expertise, and valuable time with us. Your support and partnership helped make this training a meaningful and productive experience.
To our 30 participants, thank you for your enthusiasm, active participation, and willingness to learn. May the skills and knowledge you gained from this training become a stepping stone toward additional income, livelihood opportunities, and greater confidence in your own capabilities.
And to everyone behind the success of this activityโour facilitators, trainers, SAFADECO team, organizers, and all those who contributed their time and effortโTHANK YOU! ![]()
